In 2010 Malc founded his own company with the support of his son Dave who already gained many years of invaluable experience with mattress and cubicle installation.The trust, loyalty and natural respect gained over many years with a wealth of knowledge, grass roots experience and common sense approach coupled with an excellent product range has enabled Malc Elder Marketing Ltd to thrive.

Malc's Bio
Malc has built his sound reputation in agriculture over many years. Following Agricultural Collage in Scotland, he gained the support and loyalty of the farmer groups he’d serviced and administrated under the NFU’s commercial arm – ACT, before his promotion to a senior role at their Head Office in Buckinghamshire.
Many will remember Malc for his time with Ambic and was closely connected with the world of research in dairying through his involvement with Hydraulic Milking N.I.R.D and A.D.A.S during his 11 years as Head of UK Sales & Marketing.
It was in 1996 when Malc was employed to Head up Kit Speakman Marketing (KSM) that the relationship with the “Revolution of Canadian Mattresses” was formed.
